5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenTab ATM and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability related to the Site will not exceed one hundred (100) U.S. dollars.
